Temecula

Temecula

Temecula is well known for its championship golf courses, a climate perfect for serene and beautiful hot-air ballooning adventures, and award-winning wineries nestled in 3,000 acres of picturesque wine country, but that’s just the beginning. The community’s mix of entertaining activities and friendly residents makes this an ideal place for raising a family. Located in beautiful Southern California, Temecula has perfect weather year round.

Murrieta

Murrieta

Those living in the community find distinguished schools, abundant recreation, excellent medical facilities, expanding employment opportunities, and one of the lowest crime rates in Southern California. And entrepreneurs find a market growing larger by the day, above average household incomes, a skilled labor force, and a business-friendly city hall. It’s a community with a past and vision for its future. One that welcomes challenges, takes risks, embraces opportunity. More and more people are discovering what the Murrieta brothers envisioned more than a century ago.

Wildomar

Wildomar

Wildomar is a community of old and new, more mature homes and acreages with horses and other animals mixed with more modern housing tracts. Wildomar had been an outpost for the pony express for the Butterfield Stage, and in the early part of this century, a stop for the Southern California Railroad. After the tracks washed out, growth in the area slowed and Wildomar remained a farming and ranching area, including a large number of horse ranches. Construction of the I-15 freeway brought urban-type growth to Wildomar, which led to the mixture of urban and rural.

French Valley

French Valley

French Valley offers a bevy of can’t-miss things to do, from attending special events, to getting involved in the arts and learning about local history; to dining at independent restaurants and staying active at area parks. Being a great place to live also means being a great place to work. A thriving economy helps the tax base and helps a city attract and retain talent. It’s no secret that schools and education opportunities are big motivating factors when choosing a best place to live, French Valley homes several private and public schools which are part of the Temecula Unified School district .

Lake Elsinore

Lake Elsinore

“Dream Extreme” the bold motto of the City of Lake Elsinore that it doesn’t fail to up hold. Head for the hills and you’ll find year-round hiking and biking trails in every direction. Baseball fans have a home field advantage with Diamond Stadium as a next-door neighbor. And the lake is always there for jet skiing, wakeboarding, windsurfing and fishing. Campsites are close by at the RV park, and adventures from skateboarding to motocross are moments from home.

Menifee

Menifee

Menifee began with Sun City in the early 1960s as the concept of an active retirement community that was envisioned by Del Webb, a major building contractor from Phoenix, Arizona. Sun City is centrally located within the City of Menifee with a mix of residential and commercial activity. The Menifee area began to grow further in 1989 with the master-planned community of Menifee Lakes and continues to be one of the fastest growing communities in California.
